Nathalie Paredes joined the firm in 2002 as an associate and has been a partner since 2013. Her practice focuses on corporate law, finance and capital markets, with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions across various sectors, particularly in the real estate sector.

Experience
Nathalie has over 18 years’ experience advising on the acquisition of local and international companies through various structures, including share purchases, fund transfers and asset financing, as well as on the structuring, negotiation and execution of such transactions. Among the most significant transactions she has led are advising Promigas S.A. E.S.P. on the acquisition of 100% of the shares in the Zelestra Group’s renewable energy platform in Colombia, Peru and Chile, with a contracted capacity of 1.4 GW and a development portfolio exceeding 2.1 GW; advising ACCIONA on the acquisition of key subsidiaries of Abengoa Perú S.A., a transaction involving a complex internal reorganisation, regulatory approvals and deferred signing and closing mechanisms; and advising Parque Arauco S.A. on the acquisition of Multimercados Zonales S.A.C., owner of the Minka shopping centre in Callao. Previously, she worked as an associate at a leading law firm in New York and as a consultant for the Inter-American Investment Corporation in Washington D.C. She is the founder of Women in the Profession (WIP) – Peru and Peru’s representative on the International Steering Committee of the Vance Center’s Women in the Profession Programme (2016–2020).
