Experience
She joined the firm as an associate in 2015. She has extensive experience advising domestic and international clients on the development, operation and regulatory compliance of investment projects across the energy, mining, industrial, agricultural, infrastructure, sanitation and forestry sectors, among others.
Her practice includes obtaining, amending and managing environmental permits, licences and authorisations, as well as approvals related to water resources and cultural heritage matters. She regularly advises on the interpretation and application of environmental and sector-specific regulations, the design and implementation of regulatory compliance strategies, and the defence of clients in administrative enforcement and sanctioning proceedings before competent authorities.
She also advises on the preparation, review and approval of environmental management instruments, environmental compliance audits and due diligence assessments, as well as matters relating to sustainability, climate change and carbon markets. Her experience includes advising on the regulatory structuring of emissions reduction and carbon capture projects, and on the generation and commercialisation of carbon credits.
