Advised Consorcio Eléctrico Yapay (CEY) and Consorcio Transmantaro (CTM)

We advised Consorcio Eléctrico Yapay (CEY) and Consorcio Transmantaro (ISA CTM) as borrower and guarantor (respectively) of an equity bridge loan granted by a syndicate of banks up to US$ 345 million|in relation to TOCE-CEPI project|which entails the 500 kV Huanuco – Tocache – Celendin- Trujillo interconnection|expansions and associated substations & 500 kV Celendin – Piura interconnection|expansions and associated substations.
