We advised Northern Lima Power Grid Holding|a subsidiary of China Southern Power Grid|on the acquisition of approximately an additional 14% of Pluz Energía Perú through a Public Tender Offer (PTO). This transaction|valued at approximately USD 511 million|consolidates China Southern Power Grid's control over 97.16% of Pluz Energía Perú.
