We advised Los Portales

We advised Los Portales and Los Portales Departamentos, as borrowers, on the structuring of a financing facility provided by BID Invest for an amount of up to USD 50 million.

The financing comprises: (i) a committed and secured revolving working capital facility of up to USD 20 million; (ii) an uncommitted and secured senior loan of up to USD 20 million; and (iii) an uncommitted and secured revolving working capital facility of up to USD 10 million.
