We advised Promigas

We advised Promigas on the acquisition of 100% of Zelestra’s renewable energy generation companies in Colombia, Chile and Peru, for US$ 456 million.
The acquired companies own a portfolio of projects with a total installed capacity of 1.4 GW, as well as an additional development pipeline exceeding 2.1 GW.
