For over 40 years, the firm’s highly motivated lawyers and staff have been working towards a common goal: to contribute to the business success of our clients by providing the results they need in the most efficient way. To this end, we offer first-rate legal services whilst always adhering to ethical and professional codes of practice.
Since the firm was founded, we have experienced continued growth in terms of both lawyers and practice areas. This is down to our commitment to innovation, our constant adaptation to the needs of our clients and the close attention we pay to market trends.
We are committed to having well-rounded lawyers. Their constant training is a priority for us
At Pérez-Llorca Peru, innovation is a strategic pillar for transforming legal practice and creating tangible value for our clients. Our Legal Innovation Department combines technology, data analytics and legal project management methodologies to design solutions that enable organisations to manage their legal challenges with greater efficiency, transparency and decision-making capacity. We are driven by the desire to bring about a shift in mindset within the legal sector and to become partners to our clients in their own transformation processes.
A proven track record
Our commitment to innovation is underpinned by increasingly sophisticated capabilities: a Documentation Centre accredited to ISO 9001 since 2010, the first international Legal Project Management programme implemented in 2014, and a team specialising in legal operations and data analytics since 2015. This journey has enabled us to understand transformation as a cultural process — and not merely a technological one — which today drives every aspect of our practice.
We drive change from within
To contribute to market transformation, we believe that the first step must come from within. We promote a culture of continuous innovation, integrating process improvement and technology into the way we work, and driving optimisation initiatives, technology adoption programmes and knowledge-sharing sessions.
We deliver innovation to our clients
Drawing on this experience, we support organisations through their legal transformation processes: from consulting on legal transactions and Legal Project Management to designing and implementing legaltech solutions, legal analytics models and corporate training for in-house legal teams.
Within this framework, we have developed our own tools such as SIM M&A, which systematically organises municipal information to assess the suitability of plots of land for property development projects; the Merger Control Tool, for risk prevention in merger control (and which was recognised as a finalist in the 2024 IFLR Americas Awards); FORMA, which simplifies the management of labour inspections through data analytics; and MANDO, an analytical intelligence platform for monitoring the progress of litigation and implementing better procedural strategies. We also organised the country’s first Legal Hackathon for legal departments, run in partnership with Laboratoria.
