Attorney holds a postgraduate degree in Commercial Law. She has experience in advising and accompanying clients in the diagnosis, design and implementing of compliance programs, including handbooks, policies and procedures for managing risks associated with money laundering, terrorism financing, bribery and corruption. In addition, she had performed due diligence procedures in compliance matters and has knowledge of the regulations applicable to companies of different sectors of the industry, regarding the prevention and management of the risk of money laundering, the financing of the terrorism and corruption.

Experience

Anguie Castro has experience in legal and compliance matters, developed both at law firms and in the corporate services sector. Since 2026, she has been a Senior Associate at Pérez-Llorca, after working from 2022 to 2026 as an Associate and Compliance Officer. Previously, from 2020 to 2021, she served as a lawyer and Alternate Compliance Officer at a well-established law firm in Colombia, and from 2017 to 2020, she worked as a Legal Assistant at TMF Colombia Ltda. Her professional background reflects experience in legal practice and compliance-related functions, developed from different perspectives within the legal and business sectors.
