Daniel has over two years of professional experience and is part of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group. He specializes in substantive and procedural legal analysis for the specialized resolution of commercial and corporate proceedings. In particular, he served as a judicial law clerk at the Delegation of Commercial Proceedings of the Superintendency of Companies, where he resolved various corporate disputes among shareholders, directors and officers, and corporate creditors.
