Fabio Briceño has experience in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, with a particular focus on shareholder disputes and corporate matters. He has advised domestic and international clients on the structuring and execution of transactions, as well as on complex corporate issues and ongoing corporate advisory matters.  His practice centers on corporate and company law, corporate governance, and shareholder disputes, including controversies related to directors’ fiduciary duties, related-party transactions, shareholders’ agreements, acquisition and repurchase of shares, the exercise of political and economic rights, and the appointment and removal of directors. He has also participated in the structuring and negotiation of various types of corporate transactions.
