Juan Sebastián is a lawyer and political scientist and is a member of the Administrative, Constitutional, and Infrastructure practice group. He has experience in public law, particularly in public procurement, regulation, and project structuring. He has worked with companies in the energy sector and with consulting firms, advising both domestic and international clients on the development of transportation infrastructure projects. His experience includes the drafting and review of contracts, as well as the analysis of regulatory frameworks applicable to infrastructure and energy projects. He is a member of the Youth Arbitration Network of the Arbitration and Conciliation Center of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce and has a strong interest in infrastructure, public utilities, and arbitration.
