Antonia is a member of the Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions practice group. Her professional practice focuses on advising both domestic and international clients on the structuring, negotiation, and execution of corporate transactions. She also advises companies on compliance with their corporate obligations and on the structuring of their commercial agreements.
