Natalia is part of the Criminal Law practice group. She has experience in substantive and procedural legal analysis, structuring litigation strategies, and providing comprehensive legal advice in corporate criminal law and compliance. Her practice is distinguished by its analytical rigor, with a special emphasis on criminology and investigative methodology. Natalia has two years of professional experience practicing corporate criminal law and compliance. Her practice has focused on supporting and managing cases across various stages of criminal proceedings, as well as drafting and filing ordinary and constitutional appeals.  Throughout her career, she has worked at specialized law firms in this field, combining her professional practice with her academic vocation by serving as a teaching assistant in criminal procedural law at the university.
