Profile

Natalia is a specialist in labor and social security law. Since she began her professional practice in 2006, she has focused on individual labor and social security. She has experience in the design of compensation plans, corporate policies, labor contracting, retirement plans, labor audits, due diligence, among others.

She speaks Spanish and English.

Experience

She began her professional career as a Junior Associate at an international firm, where she trained in employment contracts, corporate policy design, and labor audits. She later worked as an Associate at a well-known local firm, participating in due diligence processes and the structuring of compensation and retirement plans for both domestic and international companies. In 2015, she joined a global law firm with operations in Colombia, where she spent several years consolidating her experience in strategic labor advisory. Since 2023, she has been part of Gómez-Pinzón as a Senior Associate, supporting clients in the implementation of labor policies, contractual negotiations, and the comprehensive management of social security and compensation matters.
