Simon has been part of the firm since 2022 and has experience in the areas of Intellectual Property and Competition Law. In his practice, he has advised national and international clients on issues of free and fair competition, intellectual property and consumer protection, providing support both in the prevention of risks and in the handling of administrative procedures and legal proceedings. Has experience in procedures for the control of business integrations, as well as administrative investigations and litigation related to restrictive practices on competition, acts of unfair competition, infringements of intellectual property rights and consumer protection matters.
