We assisted Fundación Grupo Social in the structuring, negotiation, and closing of financing granted by Banco Santander, through two loan agreements governed by New York law and signed by Fundación Emprender Región and Fundación Projuventud.
The operation was guaranteed through Standby Letters of Credit issued by Banco Santander International, consolidating a robust international financing scheme aligned with the objectives of Fundación Grupo Social.
