The acquisition expands CDW’s Data & Analytics Practice, helping customers build the data foundations needed for AI adoption. Pérez-Llorca Colombia was engaged as local Colombian counsel to the buyer to conduct a legal due diligence and advise on Colombian law aspects of the transaction, given that one of the group’s key subsidiaries, Datalytics Colombia S.A.S., is incorporated and operates in Colombia.
