Pérez-Llorca Colombia advised Glencore International AG and its Colombian subsidiary, C.I. Prodeco S.A., on the sale of C.I. Prodeco’s entire rolling stock fleet, consisting of locomotives and wagons originally used for coal transportation, to Transporte Ferroportuario de Colombia – Transferport S.A.S. The transaction was structured through an irrevocable commercial offer and purchase order.
Prodeco, wholly owned by the Swiss conglomerate Glencore International AG, is a Colombian mining and logistics group with a key role in coal exports.
