The candidate should have between 7 – 10 years of professional experience, with a strong focus on corporate and business law. Experience advising national and international clients is required in areas such as:

• Implementation of corporate reorganization structures (spin-off, merger, transformation)
• Support in meetings of corporate bodies
• Corporate governance
• Dissolution and liquidation processes of companies
• General legal advisory
