Experience
Jacinto also serves on the board of directors of several Mexican leading companies as secretary or alternate secretary. His experience includes working as an international associate at Latham & Watkins LLP in New York, NY.
He has acquired a unique expertise representing domestic and international funds, as well as domestic borrowers, in the structuring of “warehouse” facilities in Mexico, particularly in the Fintech sector.
