Antonio González brings over 25 years of experience in commercial litigation and domestic and international arbitration. He has represented clients in complex cases in Mexican courts and before arbitral tribunals in the U.S., Mexico, and Latin America, under ICC, AAA, ICDR, and CAM rules.

Experience
Antonio has built a robust career in complex litigation and commercial arbitration at both domestic and international levels. He has represented Mexican and foreign companies in disputes involving contracts, torts, shareholder conflicts, and regulatory issues across sectors such as energy, technology, insurance, infrastructure, consumer goods, and finance.
He has extensive experience in arbitration proceedings governed by ICC, ICDR, AAA, and the Mexican Arbitration Center (CAM), as well as in constitutional and administrative litigation, including high-stakes amparo proceedings.
Antonio has advised clients in multimillion-dollar disputes involving damage claims, enforcement of arbitral awards, nullity of governmental actions, high-profile breaches of contract, and shareholder controversies. He also works with clients on preventive litigation strategies and legal risk management.
In addition, he has been involved in the design and execution of litigation strategies related to corporate acquisitions and financing transactions, integrating litigation perspectives into key business decisions.
