Experience
Her practice includes employer compliance in social security, training for employers, employees and beneficiaries, representation before the IMSS and INFONAVIT in audits, reclassification and adjustment processes for the Occupational Risk Insurance premium, SIROC, among others. Additionally, she has extensive experience defending her clients in disputes before federal and state courts.
