Experience

Eric has over four years of experience in the legal field, including two years specifically focused on corporate law. Among his activities, Eric effectively assists clients across legal matters such as structuring, designing and incorporating all types of commercial and civil companies; preparation and modification of bylaws; foreign investment regulation (registration, maintenance, authorizations) and maintenance of corporate books and records.

He also has experience revoking, granting, and structuring of powers of attorney; preparation, maintenance, and update of corporate profiles; shareholder agreements; share subscription agreements; increases and reductions of corporate capital; and issuance, redemption, and transfer of shares. Additionally, he has also been involved in mergers and acquisitions, transformations, spin-offs, dissolutions, and liquidations, as well as the preparation, negotiation, execution and compliance of civil and commercial contracts and agreements; legal opinions on corporate matters; coordination and execution of legal audits; corporate governance; coordination with notary public office; apostilles and legalizations; conflicts between shareholders, among others.

Prior to joining, Eric worked as litigation intern at a leading Mexican firm. He also has experience in the private sector working as legal in-house counsel at a Mexican company.
