Jacobo Meijide Ramos joined Pérez-Llorca’s Madrid office in 2016. As part of his career at Pérez-Llorca, Jacobo worked in the firm’s Barcelona office for six months (2017), and in the New York office for a year (2019-2020).
Additionally, Jacobo spent a year (2022-2023) working as an international associate at the New York office of a prestigious US firm, where he took part in M&A and capital markets transactions, both within the US and internationally, with a specific focus on Latin American cases.

Experience
Jacobo specialises in advising domestic and international clients on corporate mergers and acquisitions, stock market transactions, corporate restructurings, debt issuances, private equity transactions, and the creation and dissolution of joint ventures.
Additionally, Jacobo provides ongoing advice to listed and unlisted companies on commercial and corporate governance matters.
