Jaime has over 14 years of experience as a litigation attorney specializing in employer representation. His practice encompasses both consulting and labor litigation, focusing on risk assessment and management, collective bargaining, and the implementation of strategies to optimize labor relations. Additionally, he has worked on drafting and reviewing individual and collective contracts, internal regulations, and documents related to employment termination, as well as resolving disputes before labor authorities.

Experience

Throughout his career, Jaime has advised on mergers, acquisitions, and the creation of new companies across various sectors, in addition to implementing large-scale employer substitutions in the oil industry. He has led the restructuring of systems for labor risk management in companies with a national presence and participated in collective bargaining negotiations across different industries. His experience also includes handling labor, commercial, and criminal litigation, overseeing labor inspections by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, and managing administrative procedures for maritime activity permits. His ability to identify opportunities within labor management systems has enabled him to develop effective strategies to prevent contingencies and optimize labor relations within the organizations he collaborates with.
