Experience

Rodrigo has more than six years of experience advising domestic and international clients on banking and finance matters, as well as on mergers and acquisitions. His practice focuses on supporting companies, financial institutions, and investors through complex transactions, providing strategic counsel at every stage.

His work includes structuring and negotiating loans and financing arrangements; drafting and reviewing credit agreements, security documents, and related documentation; and advising financial institutions and borrowers on compliance with their contractual and regulatory obligations.

Rodrigo also participates in structuring, negotiating, and closing share and asset purchase transactions, including coordinating legal due diligence and drafting stock purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, and other transactional documentation. He also advises clients on implementing corporate strategies, preparing legal opinions, and resolving contingencies that arise during these transactions.
