Sashelly is an associate who joined the firm in 2023. Throughout her career, she has gained experience in various practice areas both within and outside the firm. Her expertise includes criminal law (2020-2022), constitutional remedies in criminal and administrative amparo, antitrust (2023-2024), and, most recently, environmental and administrative law.

Experience
Sashelly has four years of experience in law. She currently specializes in environmental consulting, focusing on Environmental Impact, air emissions, hazardous and special waste management, as well as national water management (use and discharge).
Additionally, she advises companies on health and sanitary regulations, particularly in the handling of medications, drug retail establishments, medical offices, and the labeling of regulated products, among others.
Previously, she worked in the area of competition law, specifically handling procedures before the Federal Economic Competition Commission, such as initial filings for merger notifications, investigations into Absolute and Relative Monopolistic Practices, as well as Barriers to Competition and Free Market Access.
