Additionally, she advises companies on health and sanitary regulations, particularly in the handling of medications, drug retail establishments, medical offices, and the labeling of regulated products, among others.
Previously, she worked in the area of competition law, specifically handling procedures before the Federal Economic Competition Commission, such as initial filings for merger notifications, investigations into Absolute and Relative Monopolistic Practices, as well as Barriers to Competition and Free Market Access.
