Vianka Villena is a specialist in Labor and Employment Law and Social Security Law. She has practiced in the labor and employment area of a Big Four firm as well as in a law firm. Her practice focuses on advising clients on labor and employment and social security matters. Her experience includes advising on individual and collective labor law, the prevention and management of labor disputes, occupational health and safety, gender, equality and non-discrimination, as well as labor inspection proceedings and labor audits for companies across a wide range of industries.

Her experience focuses on advising on labor and social security issues, her advice includes individual and collective law, prevention and management of labor conflicts, occupational health and safety, gender, equality, and non-discrimination; as well as labor inspection procedures, and labor audits for companies in various sectors.

Academic and Publishing Collaborations

Since 2025, she has served as an Instructor (Jefe de Prácticas) for the Academic Research course at the Faculty of General Studies (Humanities) of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.

She has been a teaching assistant and teaching fellow for the courses General Labor Law (2018), Collective Labor Law (2020), Cinema and Labor Law (2020, 2025), and Ethics and Professional Responsibility (2022) at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
