Secured corporate bond offering by Hunt Oil Company of Peru L.L.C.|Sucursal del Perú|for US$ 630 million|in which we advised BofA Securities as Sole Global Coordinator|and BofA Securities|Citigroup Global Markets|J.P. Morgan Securities|and Credicorp Capital as Joint Bookrunners.
Sustainable bond offering by Corporación Financiera de Desarrollo S.A. (COFIDE) for US$ 400 million|in which we advised Citigroup Global Markets Inc.|Santander US Capital Markets LLC|and SMBC Nikko Securities America|Inc. as structuring agents.
So far in 2025|Miranda & Amado has advised in eight international bond offerings by Peruvian issuers|totaling US$ 4 billion.
