Alice joined Pérez-Llorca in 2025. Prior to joining the firm, she worked for five years as a lawyer in the Corporate Real Estate department of the Madrid office of an international law firm, where she advised domestic and international clients on real estate and corporate matters.

Experience

Alice specialises in commercial/real estate law, particularly in providing legal advice on real estate transactions of all types, including individual assets and portfolios, setting up real estate investment structures and managing real estate developments, participating in all stages of the process. In addition, her real estate practice also includes corporate mergers and acquisitions, stock market transactions, private equity transactions, corporate restructurings and joint ventures.

Alice also has solid experience in matters relating to corporate law and corporate governance of listed and unlisted companies and closed-end collective investment schemes, having advised on listing and migration processes between different stock markets, as well as on compliance with regulatory obligations in Spain.
