Adam joined Pérez-Llorca as a lawyer in 2026. Prior to this, he spent over three years working in the Public Law, Regulated Sectors and Regulatory Compliance department of a Big Four firm.

Studies:

• 2022 Joint Honours degree in Law and Business Administration, specialising in Business Law, Universitat de Barcelona
• 2022 International Exchange Programme, Sungkyunkwan University (Seoul, South Korea)

He speaks Spanish, Catalan and English.

Experience

Adam is a member of the Land Planning and Environmental Law team, advising both national and international companies on projects and actions subject to intense administrative intervention.

He has experience in reviewing of land planning, management and execution instruments, as well as in obtaining licences, authorisations and other forms of administrative intervention necessary for developing land and buildings as well as carrying out activities.

In the environmental field, Adam advises on compliance with sectoral environmental regulations, including processing environmental authorisations, environmental impact assessments and environmental discipline procedures. He has acted in matters related to waste management, environmental liability and regulatory compliance in activities subject to special administrative intervention.

In addition, Adam has advised on general administrative law matters, such as public procurement, administrative liability and relations with public and private entities.

In the procedural field, he has been involved in contentious-administrative proceedings related to urban and environmental discipline, subsidies and other public law matters.
