Miquel Ros joined Pérez-Llorca in 2026. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at a prestigious Spanish law firm, where he provided ongoing tax advice and was involved in restructuring and property transactions.

Experience

Miquel is part of the Barcelona office’s Tax practice, participating in M&A and real estate transactions, including acquisitions, divestments and corporate restructurings, in addition to advising on international tax matters.

He provides ongoing tax advice to companies and partners, both resident and non-resident, on direct and indirect taxation, assisting them with the tax implications of their day-to-day operations.
