Sira joined Pérez-Llorca in 2021 and is part of the EU and Competition Law practice area.

Prior to this, she completed an internship in the Spanish public administration and courts as well as in a law firm in Norway.

Experience

Sira advises clients on concentrations and defends clients in the context of disciplinary proceedings before the competition authorities and the corresponding bodies of the administrative jurisdiction. She also has experience in drafting of compliance programmes, as well as legal claims for unfair competition and damages arising from anti-competitive practices.

She has practised in Dublin (where she did a secondment at the law firm Arthur Cox), Madrid and Barcelona.

Academic and publishing collaborations

Sira lectures on competition law at the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE) and at the Universidad Nebrija.

She also contributed to the book entitled “Comparative Evidence” for Stanford University.
