Álvaro joined Pérez-Llorca in 2021. He previously completed work experience at a prestigious international firm and a boutique firm specialised in Corporate/M&A. In 2023 he participated in the opening of Pérez-Llorca’s Singapore office, where he worked until 2024.

Experience

Álvaro specialises in corporate law. He advises domestic and foreign clients on commercial, corporate and contractual matters, taking part in restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity transactions, with a particular emphasis on advising strategic investors and investment funds.
