Lucas joined Pérez-Llorca in 2024, having previously completed work experience at the firm as part of the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession. Prior to this he completed work experience in two prestigious national firms.

Experience

Lucas currently works in Pérez-Llorca’s Corporate/M&A practice. Since joining the firm, he has advised national and international clients on securities markets, corporate law, corporate governance, as well as on the sale and purchase of companies and assets, and on mergers, spin-offs and demergers.
