Her practice includes the comprehensive management of labor relations, hiring, terminations, and resignations, as well as the drafting, review, and negotiation of employment contracts and notices of termination of employment. She has represented companies in conciliation hearings in labor disputes, negotiating settlements and resolving conflicts on behalf of employers.

Her experience also includes monitoring compliance with court rulings and analyzing procedural aspects of administrative and tax proceedings, as well as managing and controlling personal data, responding to official requests from authorities, and coordinating the appropriate responses.
