Benito has over 12 years of experience advising clients on all aspects of labor law, social security, and benefits. He has extensive professional expertise in labor litigation and consulting for the business sector, representing the interests of national and multinational companies, government bodies, and decentralized entities before labor authorities. Additionally, Benito advises clients handling federal and state labor inspections particularly in relation to pension plan matters.
