Profile
Jaime joined Pérez-Llorca in February 2022. Prior to this, he worked as a lawyer in the Planning and Environment practice in another Spanish firm.

Experience
Jaime is a member of Pérez-Llorca’s Land Planning and Environment practice, advising domestic and international clients on matters of all kinds, in particular:
- Management of urban, hotel, residential and logistics developments.
- Greenfield and brownfield renewable energy projects.
- Feasibility analyses of projects on contaminated land.
- Drafting and monitoring the processing of different urban planning instruments (i.e. General Plans, Partial Plans, Land Planning Agreements, Detail Studies, Re-Plotting Projects, etc.)
- Advising companies within collaborative urban development entities.
- Drafting and shaping legal strategies alongside the due diligence reporting team on company sale and purchase transactions.
Academic and publishing collaborations
Jaime is actively involved in writing reviews and articles in Pérez-Llorca’s land planning and environment department newsletter.
