Office Manager for Singapore

We are looking for someone to join our Singapore office in the role of Office Manager.

Organise and coordinate office administration and procedures while providing executive assistance to our Singapore resident partner and the team of lawyers assigned. Duties will include greeting visitors, answering phone calls, purchasing office supplies and being a contact person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and other similar/related tasks.


Main responsibilities will include:


  • Organising and scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements
  • Assisting with billing
  • Organising office operations and procedures
  • Managing relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Monitoring and maintaining office supplies inventory
  • Managing the relationship with the building management of the office
  • Providing general support to visitors




  • At least three years’ proven experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
