In its judgement of 11 July, the Supreme Court established a legal precedent regarding the possibility of setting up a consensual rather than real loan agreement, allowing for the termination of a contract, as stated in Article 1124 of the Civil Code, in cases where the loan agreement possesses the characteristics of a reciprocal contract.
