Pérez-Llorca today announced the addition of Yolanda Azanza as a partner to strengthen its Capital Markets practice.

Azanza is one of the most recognised and well-regarded lawyers in this practice in our country. With 27 years of experience working in the Madrid office of a reputable international firm, she specialises in all aspects of capital markets and represents issuers and placement banks in cross-border transactions, including convertible bonds, bond issuance programmes, regulatory capital, covered bonds, hybrid instruments, IPOs, secondary offerings and block trades.

Her in-depth knowledge of the market, coupled with her technical strength, has enabled her to build long-lasting relationships of trust with her clients, which include financial institutions as well as multinationals and large Spanish companies. Azanza has a strong international profile and has repeatedly been involved in multi-jurisdictional transactions.
