On 6 June, Pérez-Llorca and the IE business school will hold a new joint-chair seminar entitled: ‘Corporate Governance in listed companies: a U.S. and a European perspective’.

The Chair is once again to be held in the United States, following the events in April in Miami and last year in New York. This session, which is to be held in collaboration with the United States firm Wilkie Farr & Gallagher, will discuss the recent changes in the relationship between listed companies and their principal investors from both the European and United States perspectives.

Pedro Pérez-Llorca, Senior Director of Pérez-Llorca, Steven J. Gartner, Chairman of Willkie Farr & Gallagher, and Sara Sánchez, a lecturer at IE Law School, will speak at the event.

The session will take place on 6 June from 8:00 am to 10:00 am at the Metropolitan Club, located at One East 60th Street (New York).
