Andy Ramos, Counsel of Intellectual Property and Technology at Pérez-Llorca, will analyse the limits that intellectual-industrial property rights grant holders of brands, patents, industrial designs and copyright in relation to inserting third-party content into entertainment products. During the session, our Counsel will also discuss recent cases in which this issue has been analysed.
