Royal Decree of regulating equality plans and their registration and Royal Decree of equal pay for men and women

This Legal Briefing analyses Royal Decree 902/2020, of 13 October, on equal pay for men and women, which was published in the Official State Bulletin on 14 October 2020. The regulation will come into force six months after its publication, so companies will have until 14 April 2021 to adapt to the provisions of this Royal Decree.
