Beatrice joined Pérez-Llorca in 2023 to complete work experience as part of her Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession. Prior to this, she worked in the Corporate/M&A practice at a prestigious international firm. During her seats within the firm, she worked in the areas of Banking and Finance, Corporate/M&A and Real Estate.

She speaks Spanish, English and Italian.

Experience

Beatrice is part of the firm’s Banking and Finance practice, where she takes part in advising domestic and international clients on corporate finance, acquisition finance, project finance, real estate finance and debt restructuring transactions.

Previously, Beatrice worked in the firm’s Corporate/M&A and Real Estate practices and has experience in M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, real estate asset sales and acquisitions.
