Profile 

Bojan Radovanovic joined Pérez-Llorca as a partner in 2025. He has more than seventeen years of experience in the field of commercial law, advising domestic and foreign clients on all types of M&A and corporate law transactions.

Studies:

• 2008 Degree in Law, Universitat de Barcelona

He speaks Spanish, Catalan, English and Serbo-Croatian. He is also fluent in French.

Experience

Bojan specialises in advising on mergers and acquisitions and his practice focuses on advising industrial groups, private equity funds and financial institutions on the sale and purchase of companies and assets, joint ventures, transnational transactions, corporate law and corporate governance.

He has also advised on numerous debt financing transactions of various kinds, mainly syndicated financings.

Additionally, he holds the position of secretary non-director in companies in various industrial sectors.

Prior to joining Pérez-Llorca, he was a lawyer at two prestigious Spanish law firms (2008 to 2025), and worked in the Beijing office of one of these firms between 2014-2015.

Academic and publishing collaborations

Bojan is currently an associate professor of business law at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra and has collaborated with various initiatives in his field of expertise with IESE Business School.
