Carlos Ojanguren Rodríguez joined Pérez-Llorca in 2025. Prior to this, he worked as a litigation and arbitration associate in an international law firm.

Studies:

• 2023 — Joint Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession and Tax Law, Universidad de Navarra.
• 2022 — Degree in Law, Colegio Universitario de Estudios Financieros (CUNEF).

He speaks Spanish and English.

Experience

Carlos currently works in Pérez-Llorca’s Insurance and Reinsurance practice area, advising Spanish and international insurance and reinsurance companies on both contentious and non-contentious matters.

Carlos has experience advising clients on litigation at all levels of the ordinary courts, as well as experience in arbitration proceedings.
