Carlos joined Pérez-Llorca in 2025 and is part of the Finance practice area. Prior to joining the firm, Carlos worked in the Corporate/M&A department of a prestigious international firm.

Studies:

• 2022 — Joint Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession and in Corporate Law, IE Law School.

Experience

Carlos currently works in Pérez-Llorca’s Finance practice area, with special emphasis on securities markets and structured finance, where he is involved in advising national and international clients on transactions involving the issuance of all types of debt instruments, including asset securitisations, structured financings, corporate bond issues, regulatory capital issues, high-yield bond issuances and mortgage market debt instrument issuances, among others.
