Carlos is a lawyer working in Pérez-Llorca’s Litigation practice. He joined Pérez-Llorca in 2020. Before joining the firm, he spent five years in the Civil Litigation and Arbitration department at a Big Four firm.

Experience

Carlos specialises in civil litigation. He mainly focuses on litigation and arbitration, and has extensive experience in representing clients before the civil and commercial courts. Carlos advises and defends the interests of our clients (Spanish and international) on complex matters, at both the pre-litigious and litigious stage of proceedings (before courts at all instances). Carlos advises on a wide range of matters, including all types of disputes such as those arising from breaches of contracts, corporate conflicts, banking litigation and competition in regulated sectors, among others.
