Clara joined Pérez-Llorca’s Land Planning and Environment practice in 2018, after several years of professional practice in the Public Law department of other renowned Spanish law firms.

Experience
Clara provides advice to national and international companies on land planning matters.
She acts as secretary to urban development entities such as compensation boards and urban development conservation entities, providing advice to their governing bodies, assessing all types of consultations, preparing information documents and processing the various projects to be developed within the scope of the relevant Administrations. She is also responsible for coordinating, assisting and managing urban development entities, advising members in both majority and minority shareholding situations.
She leads the legal management of administrative and contentious-administrative proceedings in relation to various land planning and environmental matters, such as changes of ownership of controversial licences, challenging proceedings within land planning bodies or related to the land planning status of architecturally protected buildings.
Leading land planning and environmental advice on the sale and purchase of all types of residential assets, offices, shopping centres, logistics projects, retirement homes, land under development and hotels.
In particular, she analyses new housing models and assesses strategies for the implementation of these models, according to the regulatory framework of different municipalities and autonomous communities.
She also manages important land developments, including drafting and monitoring the processing of different land planning instruments (i.e. General Plans, Partial Plans, Land Planning Agreements, Detail Studies, Re-Plotting Projects, etc.) throughout Spain, with special emphasis on the northern area, Madrid, Catalonia and Andalusia.
